Meet Mitzi

Mitzi Cochran, dog trainer and owner of Your Divine K9, took her passion for dogs and channeled her energies toward becoming a certified dog trainer. 

She is proficient in basic and advanced obedience, puppy development, temperament testing, behavior modification, scent detection, soft-mouth retrieval, utility, and service work.

Mitzi has an unwavering dedication and commitment to the voice of those who use their tails to communicate. 

Meet Jane

Jane Carter has always had a desire to work with animals. However, she studied public relations with a minor in Spanish at Otterbein University. Starting her journey in events, she soon realized that wasn’t her purpose. Leo, her dog, reminded her of her passion for animals; since she loves finding new tricks to teach him. She left her job and began searching for ways to work with animals. Stumbling upon Your Divine K9 in April 2019, she hasn’t looked back. She is constantly looking for new ways to learn about dogs, most recently attending a seminar with Linda Kaim, the owner of Lionheart K9-Dog Training. The seminar increased her knowledge of hard-to-train dogs, electronic collars and strengthening the relationship with dogs she trains. Jane is beyond thankful for Your Divine K9.
